Greg Pollack

Naples, Florida
Greg has volunteered at the Naples Wine Festival for the last two years since his retirement as a Master Electrical Technician for the Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Station in Shippingport, PA. He had 36 years of service.

Greg is a long time member of the American Wine Society. He was chapter Chairperson in Pittsburgh for three years and chaired the Pittsburgh Wine Conference and Amateur Wine Competition for five years. Greg is a certified wine judge with the AWS and has been active in many competitions.

Greg is a home winemaker with over 60 awards to his credit. His wine cellar was featured in Wine Makers Magazine.

Greg enjoys volunteering, working before and after the festival, because the festival is not just a few days. It takes a lot of volunteers helping the staff to have a successful Winter Wine Festival which the donations benefit so many children’s programs.
