Prepare for an amazing five-day immersion into the worlds of NASCAR and top California wineries, as you get up close and personal with both racing teams and vintners.

Your base for five nights will be the estate home at Cornell Vineyards, a three-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom residence nestled in a quiet corner of the property. More than two decades ago, Vanessa and Henry Cornell purchased land in the Mayacamas Range just west of the Spring Mountain District. Their “obsessively farmed” vineyards are devoted primarily to Cabernet Sauvignon, dedicated to producing “expressive, balanced wines with a sense of place and the ability to age gracefully.”

Cornell provides the quintessential mountain vineyard experience: breathtaking sunsets, starry nights, hikes through the vines and extraordinary Cabernet. Your party will tour the vineyards and taste the Cornell wines during a meal prepared by the estate’s chef.

Your exposure to Napa’s best wine will continue during a visit to Caymus Vineyards, farmed by the Wagner Family since the 1940’s. Chuck Wagner, the third generation, continues the legacy as the winemaker today. The family’s two Cabernet Sauvignons – Caymus Napa Valley and Caymus Special Selection – are among the region’s most celebrated wines. Your party’s exclusive evening at Caymus Vineyards will begin with a pre-dinner reception and continue with a wine-paired dinner prepared by veteran Chef John Adamson.

The worlds of fine wine and motor sports come together seamlessly at Adobe Road Winery in Sonoma, founded in 2002 by famed race car driver Kevin Buckler. Buckler’s victories include the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona and the Porsche World Cup Championship, along with most of the major circuits in North America. He approaches winemaking with the same precision and focus he brought to the track, sourcing grapes from the best appellations in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys.

A private wine tasting at Adobe Road’s tasting room will be followed by an exclusive dinner at the home of Debra and Kevin Buckler, including an evening boat cruise and tour of their personal cellar. You’ll also visit Adobe Road’s new entertainment complex on the Petaluma waterfront, which will house the Motorsports Museum when completed.

Your party will have front-row seats for two of NASCAR’s most exciting events. Both the Cup Series and the Xfinity Series represent the pinnacle of stock car competition in America.

You’ll view the races through the eyes of the Stewart-Haas racing team, co-owned by three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Tony Stewart. Beginning with lunch with the crew in the team garage, you’ll enjoy unprecedented access, including watching the national anthem on the track, viewing the race either from pit road or the pit box and having a meet and greet with a Stewart-Haas driver.

Due to the nature of the events in this trip, it is date specific and must be taken around the dates of June 9-11, 2023. Roundtrip, Business Class Airfare from any major city in the contiguous United States to San Francisco, California, roundtrip airport transfers and private ground transportation to all stated activities are included. Lunches and non-alcoholic beverages will be served buffet style by the Stewart-Haas team on both race days. The dinner at Caymus Vineyards will be on Friday, June 9, 2023. Meals at Adobe Road Winery, Caymus Vineyards and Cornell Vineyards include non-alcoholic beverages and paired wines. Gratuities at the dinner at Caymus Vineyards is not mandatory but highly appreciated. Gratuities for dinner at Cornell Vineyards and with the Bucklers is not expected. All additional meals and beverages are at the winning bidders’ expense.
