You will sleep peacefully listening to the waves in either one of the two Master bedrooms with King-size beds, flat-screen TVs and large walk-in closets or four elegant guest rooms, three with king beds, one with 2 single beds and all with ensuite bathrooms. Best of all, you will find your Zen with direct access to the beautiful white sand beach of Oil Nut Bay.

During your stay, your party will have the use of two six-passenger electric carts for transportation throughout Oil Nut Bay. The active members of your group can take advantage of a guided snorkel in the bay or a hike to nearby Pajaros Point; water enthusiasts will love the half-day private fishing expedition and the exclusive sunset cruise around North Sound. The Oil Nut Bay Club offers two synthetic grass tennis courts, two pickleball courts, kayaking and paddle boarding.

Wellness is a vital element of life at Oil Nut Bay, and you’ll find a fitness studio furnished with a full range of cardiovascular equipment, treadmills, elliptical cross trainers and free weights. On-site personal trainers are available for one-on-one sessions. As an introduction to the menu of relaxation and rejuvenation services found in the Spa, each member of your party will receive a complimentary 55-minute massage.

You’ll indulge in the best of island dining, focused on fresh seafood and produce, with priority reservations at Nova and CocoMaya restaurants. Once each day, you’ll luxuriate in an in-villa meal with a private chef and server. In your spare time, explore the other dining options such as the Pavilion and Beach Club Restaurant, or arrange for provisions to indulge in a picnic on the sand.

Roundtrip, Private Air is included on a Citation Latitude and must originate from and return to Naples, Florida. Roundtrip, ground and sea transportation from the airport to the property is included. Visit subject to availability and is to be scheduled for mutually agreeable dates. Daily housekeeping is included. Use of a private chef and a server for one (1) meal per day with an in-villa dining experience is included for five (5) days for a maximum of three (3) hours per day. In-villa dining experience can be utilized for winners’ choice of breakfast, lunch or dinner. Cost of all food and beverages, including for in-villa dining, is not included and is the responsibility of the winning bidders. Winning bidders must submit a list of provisions, including food to be prepared by the chef, snacks and beverages to be stocked at the residence prior to travel. Dinner reservations at Nova and at CocoMaya are reservations and transportation to dinner only. The cost of the meals and beverages are not included and are the responsibility of the winning bidders. All taxes and fees for the accommodations are included. In lieu of gratuities for food and beverage services, including the private use of chef and server, the winning bidders are responsible for an 18% service charge to be billed on the final day of the trip. Any additional gratuities are at the discretion of the winning bidders. Included excursions listed above must be taken by the party at the same time. Massages are for fifty-five minutes each. There are no exclusions to the massages. The sunset cruise is two (2) hours long on a 31-foot private charter boat. The fishing excursion is on a 39-foot – 43-foot boat, depending on availability. Any additional activities or additional nights are subject to availability and are at the winning bidders’ expense.
