If you’re craving the ultimate in a food and wine experience, this lot is for you: A chance to experience all aspects of Tennessee’s luxurious Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain, coupled with an in-depth view of the legendary Bryant Family Vineyards.

Relax on your Citation Excel for your private flight from Naples to Tennessee, where your adventure begins at Blackberry Farm. Located on 5,200 acres in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, the Farm offers every possible outlet for an unforgettable escape. Your party’s six-night stay will include luxury accommodations nestled in the mountains with spectacular views and a private golf cart for exploring the properties. During your time at the Farm, you’ll be accompanied by Bettina Bryant, proprietor and president of Bryant Family Vineyards in Napa.

Over the last 40 years, Blackberry Farm has become famous for its signature “Foothills Cuisine,” inspired by seasonal, farm-fresh ingredients and produce grown on the property. Executive chef Dabney will prepare a private dinner for your party in The Barn, accompanied by wines from Blackberry’s collection that houses more than 160,000 bottles of wine. The Barn has been recognized as one of the top restaurants in the South and earned the 2014 James Beard Award for “Outstanding Wine Program” and 2015 James Beard Award for “Outstanding Service.”

On another evening, Bettina will host dinner in The Barn’s Wine Cellar paired with Bryant Estate wines and the restaurant’s classic menu. You’ll also have the chance to explore the newly renovated The Dogwood restaurant, where executive chef Sarah Steffan’s menu shares an eclectic perspective expressed through diverse dishes and fare. Seasonal menus are served in an intimate environment that is at once elegant and comfortable, with engaging guest experiences like passed small bites, shared plates and an ever-changing sideboard of classic farmstead desserts.

In your spare time, take advantage of the Farm’s many outdoor activities such as horseback riding, archery, hiking, cycling, fly fishing and paintball. Relax in the world-class spa or rejuvenate body and soul at The Wellhouse.

After three nights at Blackberry Farm, you’ll venture over to Blackberry Mountain just twenty minutes away for another three nights of adventure, restoration and incredible dining as you chart your own experience in the award-winning resort.  Morning wellness classes are included throughout your stay, as well as endless hiking, adventure and exploring. You will dive into a cocktail making clinic and a sound bathing class to set the tone for the stay. Enjoy meals in Three Sisters by executive chef Joey Edwards and at the Firetower by executive chef Joel Werner.

At a separate time, when your party arrives in the Napa Valley, you’ll journey up Pritchard Hill to the Bryant Estate. Situated on the Western slope overlooking Lake Hennessy, Pritchard Hill is home to some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon wines in the world.

Originally purchased by founder Don Bryant as a homesite, 13 acres were planted to grow Cabernet Sauvignon in 1985. With its first vintage in 1992, Bryant Estate ushered in the “cult wine” phenomenon that placed Napa Cabernet on an equal footing with First Growth Bordeaux. Hailed by critic Robert Parker as “mythical,” Bryant Estate is only sold through a fully subscribed mailing list.

During your time at Bryant Estate, your party will have an unprecedented inside view of this great estate. You’ll enjoy a tour, tasting and lunch at the property, and estate director Tony McClung will provide a tour of Napa Valley. Bettina Bryant will host a private dinner at her home and escort you on a visit to San Francisco’s Museum of Fine Arts.

In addition, each couple will receive a trio of the Bryant Estate wines (2016 Bryant Estate, 2017 Bettina and 2018 DB4), along with a Magnum of the blended 2019 Bettina Limited Edition Artist Series—nearly impossible to acquire at retail.

Roundtrip, Private Air from Naples, Florida to Walland, Tennessee on a Citation Excel, roundtrip airport transfers and one-way ground transportation between the Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain properties are included. Airfare, hotel accommodations and ground transportation are not included for any portion of the trip in California. The trip to Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain must be taken consecutively and the trip to California taken at another time. Room category at Blackberry Farm will be best available at the time of booking. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain are included served in the restaurants beginning with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with breakfast on the day of departure during restaurant hours. Any additional activities, beverages and retail purchases will be billed at the end of the stay. Non-alcoholic beverages and gratuities for your room and stated meals are included at both Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain. Any additional gratuities for all other portions of the auction lot are not included and are the responsibility of the winning bidders. The trips must be planned for mutually agreeable dates and based on availability. This trip must be redeemed within one (1) year of the auction.
