The winning bidder on this lot will have the opportunity to experience three magical worlds: a restorative stay at Amanyara resort in the Turks and Caicos; a chance to discover the secluded grandeur of the Utah wilderness at Amangiri resort and spa; and a personal and intensive immersion into Knights Bridge Winery in eastern Sonoma County.
In the world of luxury accommodations, Aman Resorts is exceptional and unique. Their properties around the world typically house guests in individual private villas, with as many as six staff members to every guest. While situated in far-flung corners of the globe, each location offers the very finest in amenities, dining, spa treatments and cultural preservation of the surrounding landscape. Your party of four will experience two of these amazing destinations.
Your adventure begins with a three-night stay at Amanyara, on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos. You’ll reside in a secluded villa on the shores of an 18,000-acre nature reserve, overlooking half a mile of white sand and the turquoise waters of Northwest Point Marine National Park. Activities range from nature walks to energetic beach sports, snorkeling, yoga, breath work and Qi Gong. Each person in your party will receive a private massage at the Aman Spa. You’ll dine in the Amanyara restaurant and enjoy the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean fused with Asian refinement, paired with Knights Bridge wines. You won’t want to leave at the end of your stay and part of you never really will.
It’s time to depart the sunny beaches of the Caribbean and move on to the plains of Southern Utah, where the Amangiri resort blends seamlessly into the untouched red-rock country of the original Colorado Plateau.
From the windows of your private suite, Amangiri’s 600 acres provide a desert panorama of canyons, mesas, ridges and gorges, with privileged access to Lake Powell and nearby National Parks. Recreational activities include hiking, kayaking and traversing the Cave Peak Stairway 400 feet above the canyon, experiences inspired by the holistic traditions of the Navajo. The Native American legacy will also frame your dining experience in the Amangiri restaurant, accompanied by Knights Bridge wines.
With your well-being completely restored, you’ll journey to Knights Valley at the eastern edge of Sonoma County for your three-night stay at Knights Bridge Winery. Situated at the foot of Mount St. Helena, just north of Calistoga, the valley’s mineral-rich volcanic soils produce world-class Chardonnay, as well as the Bordeaux varieties that consistently earn raves from both consumers and wine critics.
In 2006, close-knit members of the Bailey family discovered a 50-acre hillside vineyard that was the perfect spot for growing exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The Baileys are well regarded for their deep respect for nature and their commitment to sustainability. In 2020, Kelley and Jim realized a lifelong dream with the construction of their estate winery, designed by world-renowned architects Howard Backen and John Taft. The Knights Bridge residence will be your home base as you explore the bounty of Sonoma County’s warmest appellation, and each person will receive a private massage at the nearby Solage Spa.
You’ll tour the newly constructed winery and caves, before enjoying a tasting with winemaker Derek Baljeu; on another evening, you’ll dine in the wine cellar with Kelley and Jim Bailey along with director of winemaking, Douglas Danielak. These experiences will allow you to taste the wide range of Knights Bridge wines, from vineyard-designated Chardonnay and Bordeaux-inspired Sauvignon Blanc to the distinctive and individual Estate, Collinwood, Linville and Christobel Cabernet Sauvignons.
During your visit to Sonoma, you’ll have the chance to dine at one of America’s most exceptional restaurants: SingleThread Farm in Healdsburg, recipient of the ultimate accolade of Three Michelin Stars. SingleThread is a collaboration between chef Kyle Connaughton and wife/farmer Katina Connaughton. Their farm is located seven miles away and provides most of the bounty for the seasonal menus that change every five days. In addition to its Michelin Stars, SingleThread has earned raves for its flavor-intensive cuisine and meticulous attention to detail. Your dinner will be accompanied by Knights Bridge wines, personally selected by sommelier Andrew Rastello.
Each couple will receive Large Format bottles of two benchmark Knights Bridge Cabernets, the 2018 Linville and Christobel. These etched and signed 3 Liter bottles will rest in your cellar as a reminder of the time you spent at Knights Bridge with the Bailey family.
Raise your paddle for the priceless things in life: serenity, wellness and great wine!
