A pair of personal celebrity chefs, one of California’s top boutique winemakers, country music stars and a unique escape to a resort sanctuary in the high Arizona desert: This lot provides an experience that cannot be purchased anywhere else.

The winning bidders’ party of eight will spend three nights at TERRA farm + manor, a secluded retreat just 45 minutes north of Prescott. Tucked away in the Prescott National Forest and part of a 200,000+ acre historic ranch, TERRA is designed to showcase local farms, ranchers and producers. The ranch embraces the beauty and resources of Arizona with a wide range of activities reflective of the traditional lifestyle of the American West.

Your culinary experience at TERRA farm + manor will be spearheaded by award-winning Chef James Porter. Chef Porter is proud to call himself a “localist” who has built his career on incredible creativity, sound culinary principals and a dedication to supporting local businesses, farmers and ranchers. A graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, he has worked at the Greenbrier Resort, the Arizona and Coral Gables Biltmore Resorts and has owned and operated two successful restaurants in Scottsdale. The food critic at the Arizona Republic recently mused “Porter has the temperament of a jazz musician who is happiest creating his own variations on a theme.”

Assisting him will be chef and television personality Beau MacMillan, culinary advisor for Sanctuary at Camelback Mountain. He has worked as a personal chef for Wayne Gretzky and has cooked for celebrities as diverse as George W. Bush, Britney Spears, Halle Berry and Jay-Z and Beyoncé. On the small screen, MacMillan is best known for his appearance on Iron Chef America, where he defeated Bobby Flay in “Battle American Kobe Beef.”

These two chefs will cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for your party. Their menus will draw on ingredients such as caviar, lobster, oysters, imported seafood, farm-grown produce and TERRA’s heritage raised Tajima Wagyu beef and Iberico pork. Lunches and dinners will feature wine pairings.

Your party will have the exclusive use of TERRA during your three-night stay, including luxurious, ensuite accommodations at the Manor. In addition to the guest rooms, the Manor includes indoor dining rooms and fireside patio seating outside; morning coffee may be enjoyed on a rocking chair overlooking sunrise on the farm, and days may end around one of two oversized farm tables. Relax in the two impeccably designed recreation rooms or bring a book and a drink to the library to unwind after your day. Quality, authenticity and beauty are everywhere.

In between meals, you’ll benefit from hands-on cooking classes with chefs Porter and MacMillan in The Cookery—a state-of-the-art cooking school just steps away from the Manor, off the main courtyard. Each station is fully equipped with all the culinary tools needed for class and features Subzero Wolf gas ranges and ovens to provide the ultimate cooking experience. The intimate eight-person class size yields the most informative lessons with professional and playful instruction.

Along with The Cookery, guests can expand their culinary techniques and knowledge in the Cookery Courtyard. Comprised of a wood-burning oven, traditional and deep pit barbeques and an open fire cooking area, this space allows guests to experience old Arizona styles of cooking.

In addition, you’ll have a combined wine tasting and food sensory class with both chefs and famed vintner Dan Kosta of DK Wine Group. Dedicated to discovering California’s premiere vineyard sites for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Kosta’s 20-year history is peppered with accolades from critics and consumers alike.

It wouldn’t be the Wild West without some country music, and you’ll be serenaded each night by The Nashville All Stars. A popular and successful cover group, The Nashville All Stars were the house band for years at B.B. King’s Blues Club in Nashville. In addition to country, they perform a wide range of funk, R & B, jazz, blues and rock. They’ll be joined by D. Vincent Williams who has written over 550 songs, many of which have been recorded and released by major country artists.

You’ll also be treated to a show by Gregory Adamson, a prolific painter who specializes in high-energy performance art. Painting to music with bare hands and brushes, Adamson creates valuable, large-scale works of art in minutes. His performance painting will be auctioned off for charity during your stay.

The members of your party will receive a TERRA Epicurean Gift Package, containing heritage-raised Tajima Wagyu beef and Iberico pork. In your spare time, you’ll be entertained with interactive farm tours, guided nature hikes, floral arranging classes and a round of championship golf at a sister property.

This unique lot is a first-ever custom collaboration by TERRA farm + manor for the Naples Winter Wine Festival. It cannot be purchased elsewhere, but you can make it yours by bidding high and bidding often.

Trip to be scheduled for mutually agreeable dates and based on availability  within one (1) year of the auction and blackout dates include Easter, Memorial Day, June 1-September 1, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas and New Year’s. Guests arrive on Thursday and depart on Sunday for a four (4) day, three (3) night weekend experience.
