Prepare yourself for five invigorating, sensory-stimulating days! Two fun-loving couples are invited to join Jean-Charles Boisset for one of the most anticipated events of the year—Auction Napa Valley—because one good auction deserves another! Your weekend pass will grant you exclusive access to intimate dinners with the winemakers themselves, the excitement-filled barrel tasting and auction at Jean-Charles Boisset’s very own Raymond Vineyards and, of course, the always-epic live auction, A-List entertainment and dinner at the renowned Meadowood Resort.

But, before you jump into exciting auction festivities, you’ll be treated to a journey through your own senses via an enchanting and story-filled quest through Northern California’s beloved wine country with vintner and entrepreneur Jean-Charles Boisset. Your extended stay at the beautifully appointed Archer Hotel, the new luxury boutique hotel in the heart of wonderfully walkable downtown Napa, sets the tone for your whole “sense-ational” experience. The progressive American menus of Charlie Palmer Steak and the Rooftop at Archer Hotel both showcase the urban energy of downtown Napa and the incredible valley vistas just beyond.

To ensure you travel in absolute style, The Luxury Collection will provide you with a gorgeous Rolls-Royce and a private driver for the weekend. So, let your senses lead the way!

Sight—There’s so much to see as your adventure begins (and, of course, in wine country, taste will be part of virtually every experience). Discover “old” Sonoma at California’s first premium winery, Buena Vista. The charming “Count of Buena Vista” will guide you through the colorful history of this winery, built in 1857, and treat you to an exclusive barrel tasting. You’ll continue exploring the world-famous winegrowing region with a seated tasting at the Boisset Collection’s newest tasting room—1881 Napa. Dive into an array of distinctive wines from each unique Napa Valley appellation and discover the diversity of terroir and deep-rooted history. Continue your visit next door at the famous Oakville Grocery for a truly decadent caviar tasting from a favorite purveyor followed by a picnic lunch in this idyllic and historic location.

Sound—To hear the wisdom of the winemaker herself, you’ll head north to one of Napa Valley’s most unique and whimsical wineries – Raymond Vineyards in St. Helena. Steeped in five generations of family winemaking, this remarkable venue provides an experience like no other. Join Boisset’s celebrated winemaker, Stephanie Putnam, and learn how to blend your very own wine in the same blending lab where Jean-Charles and singer/songwriter John Legend himself perfected the LVE collection of wines. Mr. Legend will welcome you via video message and you’ll not only walk away with your own custom-labeled bottle of your blend, but also a bottle of LVE Cabernet Sauvignon signed by John and Jean-Charles!

Touch—The finest chefs truly have the “touch,” literally and figuratively. Preparing a feast from the garden to the table is a hands-on expression of love as well as a true gift. Executive chef Rafael Molina will prepare a feast of harvest goodness from the winery’s 100% organic and biodynamic garden. He will share his extraordinary expertise with a demonstration using the skills he’s acquired through many years preparing extraordinary dining experiences for Valley guests, as well as the natural talent he brings to every table. As an added bonus, head gardener, Joe Papendick, will walk you through the fall bounty in the garden and show you exactly where your meal came from.

Smell—Next, as you make your way back toward Napa, you will stop in Yountville for a bit of pampering at Senses by JCB. Expert stylists will outfit you in designer pieces from the shop’s fashion boutique, and you will explore your sense of smell as you create a demi bespoke fragrance that becomes all yours. You’ll then experience the ultimate wind-down with a treatment in the MediSpa—all in preparation for an amazing evening atop Wappo Hill at Jean-Charles’ and Gina Gallo’s private home.

Taste—Finally! Taken directly out of Jean-Charles’ “Last Supper” from his latest book, The Alchemy of the Senses, Master Chef and James Beard Award-winner, Charlie Palmer, will create his version of the menu that would be his ultimate last meal, paired with our very best Boisset Collection wines.

Don’t miss this opportunity to embark on the ultimate excursion through the abundant, diverse and world-renowned terroir that is Napa Valley as the guest of the one-and-only Jean-Charles Boisset!

Trust your sixth sense and go for it.
