Four couples will join vintners Debbie and Noah McMahon of The Setting Wines at their hilltop estate overlooking Franklin, Tennessee (just outside Nashville) for an extraordinary evening. In addition to being the proprietor of one of California’s most exciting wineries, Noah is also a noted philanthropist. And fortunately for his guests, he maintains a world-class wine cellar and a well-stocked bourbon room.

The night will feature a world-class multi-course dinner curated by acclaimed Nashville Chef Selim Ülker, owner of AYVA Restaurant and formerly of Yolan, which was named “#1 Restaurant in the U.S.” by Food & Wine magazine during his tenure. Born and raised in Ankara, Turkey and trained in Istanbul’s top Five-star hotels, Ülker opened Nashville’s Edessa restaurant as chef de cuisine until he moved to Yolan. Guests will enjoy an exceptional lineup of wines crafted by Wine Enthusiast’s “Global Winemaker of the Year” Jesse Katz, including The Setting Wines Single Vineyard Designate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Oregon, as well as their Napa Valley and Alexander Valley Bordeaux varietals. The McMahons will also open their cellar to share rare White Burgundy, 100-point French Bordeaux and an exclusive selection of fine bourbon.

The evening’s highlight will be an intimate private concert with Oregon native Mat Kearney, a multi-platinum recording artist with more than 2.5 billion streams worldwide. His music—featured on dozens of hit television shows from Grey’s Anatomy to NCIS—has captivated audiences globally, and now he will perform his hit songs just for your group. Mat and the McMahons will share behind-the-scenes stories from the music and wine worlds, ensuring a time your party will never forget.

On another night, you’ll savor a tasting menu dinner with wine-pairings at Yolan at The Joseph, named one of the “50 Best Hotels in the World” by Condé Nast Traveler readers. In its menu, its wine selection and its warmth, The Joseph’s signature Italian restaurant embodies the best of what Italian cuisine can be: refined, welcoming, carefully curated and a true love letter to Italy. You might sample items such as pristine crudo, house-made pasta, seasonal seafood and Tennessee oak wood-fired steaks as well as vegetable-forward dishes.

Each couple will also receive a Magnum of the 2021 Rockpile Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon—a bold, beautifully structured wine that captures the intensity and elegance of this acclaimed Sonoma vineyard. A fitting memento of an unforgettable experience.

This trip is for four (4) couples, but the dinner and private acoustic concert can accommodate up to twenty (20) guests. If the winning bidders choose to invite additional guests, the cost of additional airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations and dinner at Yolan is at the winning bidders’ expense. Roundtrip, Private Air is included from Naples, Florida to Nashville, Tennessee on a Northern Jet Bombardier Challenger 300 or 350. Visit to be scheduled for mutually agreeable dates and based on availability. Ground transportation to the dinner at the McMahons’ home is included but ground transportation to Yolan is not included. The dinner at Noah McMahons’ house includes select wines, bourbon, non-alcoholic beverages and gratuities. The dinner at Yolan is a tasting menu with pre-selected wine pairings. Gratuities are not included for the dinner at Yolan. Any additional meals, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages and gratuities are not included and are at the expense of the winning bidders.
