What a feast for the eyes! Red is practically salivating at the thought of snapping pictures in Napa Valley, as well as ports in Portugal, Spain, France, England and Ireland.

Two couples will have an insider’s view of a venerable family winery and a nine-night cruise on one of the newest and most exciting cruise ships at sea. You’ll begin in Oakville at Gamble Estates, a small-production winery with land farmed by the Gamble family since 1916. Your four-night stay in the property’s private guest house on the Napa River offers multiple decks, a pergola for dining, a pool and a true taste of wine country living.

During your stay, you’ll tour the vineyards and taste the full range of handcrafted Gamble wines, from the regular and Reserve Sauvignon Blanc to their distinctive Cabernets from Oakville, Rutherford, Yountville and Mt. Veeder. All of them are cultivated with respect for the land and its heritage.

In addition, you’ll enjoy special winery visits, starting with Andrew Geoffrey Vineyard, a 66-acre parcel on the highest slopes of Diamond Mountain; Chef/Proprietor Peter Thompson will prepare a multi-course dinner to accompany his high-altitude Cabernet Sauvignon. You’ll be welcomed at Seven Apart Winery on Atlas Peak and treated to a tasting of their four unique Cabernets. At Rudd Estate on the eastern side of the Oakville appellation, you’ll have the chance to try older vintages of their Susan’s Blanc (a Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc blend) as well as their Oakville Estate red blend, Mt. Veeder Leslie’s red blend and their Samantha’s Cabernet Sauvignon. You’ll also experience a library tasting at Greer Vineyard in the Rutherford Bench and sample the stunning single-vineyard Cabernets at Memento Mori.

It’s hard to find a more intimate and personalized experience at sea than The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. The next day you’ll arrive in A Coruña, greeted by the monumental Tower of Hercules, the world’s only functioning Roman lighthouse and a gateway to nearby Santiago de Compostela, home to the iconic cathedral marking the end of a traditional pilgrimage route. After a day at sea, you’ll reach Bordeaux, epicenter of one of the world’s greatest wine regions.

Your journey concludes with stops at Plymouth, England and Cobh, Ireland. Plymouth on Devon’s south coast is famed for housing the fleet that defeated the Spanish Armada in 1588. Cobh (or Cork) is a major Irish port, perhaps best known for being the final departure for the Titanic on its maiden voyage. Your cruise ends in Dublin, the muse of authors like Joyce, Beckett, Shaw and Wilde, designated a UNESCO City of Literature. The delights of Dublin are endless, from the antiquities of Trinity College to the Guinness Storehouse.

Each couple will receive a Three Liter bottle of 2022 Gamble Estates Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon. Crafted from the Family Home vineyard which Tom Gamble has farmed the longest, it offers an elegant blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot that captures Oakville’s essence with layers of chocolate, graphite and violets balanced by fine tannins and graceful structure.

These trips are for two (2) couples. Visit to Napa to be scheduled for mutually agreeable dates and planned at least six (6) months in advance. The trip aboard The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is date specific and must be taken on Saturday, June 20–Monday, June 29, 2026. Airfare and ground transportation are not included for either of the trips. Your cruise fare includes suite accommodations; onboard Suite Ambassador services; onboard gratuities (excluding salon services and spa treatments); housekeeping services; 24-hour in-suite dining; onboard meals; complimentary beverages such as beer, select spirits and wines, soft drinks, coffee, tea and water; onboard entertainment and enrichment; non-motorized watersports; and Wi-Fi. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection cruise fare does not include hotel accommodations, luggage valet, transfers, luggage handling, meals ashore, specialty dining at S.E.A., salon services, spa treatments, enhanced Wi-Fi, shore excursions or personal purchases from the boutique. Select specialty Champagnes, wine and spirits from the Reserve list and caviar are also not included in your cruise fare. Meals and beverages are only included as stated above. Gratuities are included onboard Evrima. Gratuities are not included in Napa.
