Founded in 2000, the Naples Children Foundation (NCF) — formerly the Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF) — was established to significantly improve the physical, emotional and educational lives of vulnerable children in Collier County. To meet this challenge, NCF’s annual marquee event, the Naples Winter Wine Festival, was created to fuel its investment in stronger futures, smarter solutions and strategic opportunities for outcomes that last. Since its inception, the Festival has raised more than $336 million that has directly impacted close to 90 non profits and positively affected the lives of 385,000 children and counting.

To create lasting change by investing in proven programs that transform the lives of vulnerable children in Collier County. Through strong partnerships, we bridge gaps in child advocacy, education and healthcare – delivering measurable results that empower children, strengthen families and transform communities.
We don’t fund temporary fixes. We identify gaps, dismantle barriers and build permanent solutions in child advocacy, education and healthcare. We take a comprehensive approach to support every child, addressing their physical, mental and emotional well-being through strategic investments in organizations that operate within four service categories: Child Advocacy, Early Learning, Healthcare and Out-of-School Time.
In dynamic collaboration with public and private charitable partners — including local nonprofits, colleges, universities and foundations — NCF has launched seven bold Strategic Initiatives designed to tackle the complex challenges facing children and youth in Collier County.

Every child deserves a chance to grow up healthy, confident and ready to thrive. Together, we’re not just changing lives—we’re changing what’s possible.
