One lucky couple will indulge in elevated Michelin-starred dining, have an inside look at one of Bordeaux’s great wine estates and take a spectacular 14-day voyage on The World—the most luxurious, privately owned residential mega yacht on earth.

Your journey begins in Chicago, where your party of eight will dine at Ever Restaurant, recipient of Two Michelin Stars, owned by Chef Curtis Duffy and Michael Muser. Chef Duffy and his team will prepare an eight to ten-course tasting menu based on the best available seasonal ingredients. Each course will be accompanied by wine pairings curated by Ever’s chief sommelier.

The winning bidder and two friends will travel to Bordeaux for a special insider visit at Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, ranked as a Second Growth in the Classification of 1855. Created at the end of the 17th century, the wine of Pichon Comtesse is famed for its combination of power and finesse. Known for having a higher percentage of Merlot than its neighbors, it’s now composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine reaches its peak of maturity between 15 to 40 years from the vintage date.

At Pichon Comtesse, you’ll be treated to an exclusive tour and tasting led by winemaker Nicolas Glumineau. Afterward, he will host you for a sumptuous lunch at the estate.

At a mutually agreeable time, you’ll board The World, the largest private residential yacht at sea, for a 14-day journey on the voyage of your choice. The World is home to only 165 individual residences, with an average of 150-200 residents and guests on board at any given time. It represents the pinnacle of sophisticated design and bespoke comfort.

During your voyage, you’ll stay in a two-bedroom Suite with the option of inviting a guest couple and take advantage of The World’s many amenities. A personal chef will come to your residence and prepare a meal of your choice, assisted by service personnel. You’ll visit the 7,000 square foot Spa and Wellness Center and pamper yourself with a treatment. Depending on your palate, the sommelier will guide you through a tasting drawn from The World’s cellar of 1,100 labels from 20 different countries and with a wine cellar with a capacity of 15,000 bottles.

Additionally, the winning bidders will take home an exclusive Daum crystal vase – the delicate and refined Camellia Vase – in a unique, one-of-a-kind lilac hue, unavailable anywhere else in the world.

As pièce de resistance, you’ll receive a Six Liter bottle of the 1990 Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, a concentrated wine with an elegant structure and a wonderful richness of tannins, along with two 750ml bottles of the 2009 vintage.

This extraordinary lot combines the best in food, wine, travel and pampered lifestyle. Even better, your winning bid will help a child navigate through life toward a better future.
