Nena and Bill Beynon have been full time residents of Naples since 1998. Bill is the President and CEO of Capital Wealth Advisors. Bill leads a team of over 45 professionals focused in the areas of wealth management and estate planning. Under Bill’s leadership, CWA has been recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies by Inc. 5000 for six consecutive years.
Nena’s career was in elementary education, serving 23 years in the classroom. Nena’s teaching tenure focused on elementary education teaching 4th and 5th grade students.
The Beynon’s have a daughter, Emily Grace, now 11 years old.
Nena and Bill are both originally from West Virginia and are proud West Virginia University Mountaineers. Bill has served on the National Alumni Association Board of Directors, most recently as Chair.
Nena and Bill have enjoyed their involvement in many non-profit organizations since moving to Naples, both as active volunteers and board members. Their philanthropy has focused in the areas Children, Education, Hunger, Cancer Research and Military Veterans.
Bill is a past member of the Board of Directors for Champions for Learning Foundation, member of the Board of Advisors for The Marc Bulger Foundation, member of the Regional Research Grant Committee and Laureate Society for the American Cancer Society, past mentor for the Take Stock in Children Program of the Champions for Learning Foundation, and an Elder at Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church.
Nena has served as a mentor for the Take Stock in Children Program for the last 10 years and is a Deacon at the Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church.
They attended the Naples Winter Wine Festival for the first time in 2016 and fell in love with the organization. Bill and Nena are excited to contribute to the future of NCEF.
