Forty couples will contribute $25,000 each for a once-in-a-lifetime dinner at the exclusive, members-only Butcher Private in Naples, Florida, held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

This is the Naples Winter Wine Festival’s second ever Million Dollar Meal and the first time at this location, which guarantees to be as special and opulent as ever!

Operated as a private club for a select and elite clientele, Butcher Private is a world-class steakhouse owned by Veljko Pavicevic and Corinne Ryan of Sails Restaurant. Years in the making, Butcher Private features upscale décor with luxurious fittings imported from Europe.

“Like Sails, the Butcher’s focus is on product and service excellence, only the emphasis here will be impeccably-sourced USDA prime beef, grass-fed-prime and Australian Wagyu — with a priority for hormone-free and antibiotic-free meat,” according to Pavicevic. Ryan’s career as a leading international meat broker served as the inspiration for the restaurant.

The restaurant is being helmed by executive chef Darren Veilleux, who has been working for Pavicevic and Ryan as executive chef at Sails for the past few years. Veilleux believes in a simple, ingredient forward philosophy to cooking and taking care of the guests.

The evening will begin with a cocktail and wine reception with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by an elegant, multi-course meal paired with the finest wines from around the world. Whether you are returning to Naples for season or reside in town full-time, you will be eager to join your friends for the dinner of the year.

One hundred percent of the money raised will be channeled directly to children in need in Collier Country through NCEF’s beneficiary partners with an emphasis on local nonprofit organizations that improve the physical, emotional and educational lives of children as well as NCEF’s seven strategic initiatives that fill fundamental gaps in children’s services.

Dinner is to take place on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. The cost to attend for each couple is $25,000. Food, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic cocktails served during the reception, taxes and gratuities are included. Airfare and ground transportation to the dinner are not included and are the responsibility of the winning bidders.
